At our workshop, we take pride in creating original book designs that are unique to us. We do not replicate or copy someone else's work.
This journal is generously sized at 7.5" x 10" (25.2 x 19 cm) and boasts a thickness of approximately 3 inches (8 cm). The front cover plate features a hand-gilded transmutation circle, attributed to a 17th-century German alchemist. The book spine showcases deeply embossed decorative dots placed between ribs and metal pins. The leather is skillfully hand-toned and aged, resulting in beautiful reddish color tones.
Inside, you'll find a magnificent book block with 300 leaves (600 pages) of high-quality 140 gsm blank white paper. Produced by the renowned Italian company Fedrigoni, this premium paper is resistant to ink bleed-through and offers an exceptionally smooth writing experience. The inside cover and endpapers are adorned with marbled parchment, adding an elegant touch. The gilded and aged paper edges complete the authentic vintage look.
